IPM STUDIO has been producing remarkable events since 2003. Over two decades, we have worked with some of the world's most demanding luxury brands, cultural institutions, and private clients — not by following the market, but by resisting it.

We are an independent international event production and creative studio, based in Belgrade and operating across the Adriatic region, Europe, West Africa and the UK. Our independence is not incidental. It is the reason our work looks the way it does.

We conceptualise, design, plan, and produce every key element of an event — spatial design, content direction, media production, staging, filming, and the emotional architecture that holds it all together. The Creative Brief

Every engagement begins with a paid discovery session. If we proceed, the brief becomes a written document — signed by both parties before any creative work begins. This is not a formality. It is the foundation everything else is built on.

Protecting Ideas

Creative concepts, spatial designs, narrative frameworks, and production plans developed by IPM STUDIO remain our intellectual property until a project contract is signed and the project deposit is received. Concepts presented in pitch are confidential to both parties.

Stage 1 — Project Deposit

Due upon contract signature. Secures your dates, initiates creative development, and allows supplier engagement and venue holds to begin.

Stage 2 — Production Milestone

Due 4 weeks before the event. Triggers all physical production, procurement, and crew scheduling.

20%

Stage 3 — Final Balance

Due 5 working days before the event, or upon delivery of final edited content for filming projects.

Changes & Additions

Any change to the agreed scope is handled through a written Change Order, agreed and signed before the change is actioned. This keeps your budget transparent and our delivery reliable.

Cancellation & Postponement

60+ days before event: deposit retained, no further liability. 30–60 days: 70% of total contract value due. Fewer than 30 days: 100% due. Postponement: deposit transfers in full; additional costs billed separately.

We are not the cheapest option. We are not trying to be. What we offer is two decades of hard-won expertise, a creative standard that our client list reflects, and a working relationship built on honesty from the first conversation.

Founder & Creative Director

IPM STUDIO is led by its founder — creative director, event producer, and VR/XR filmmaker with over 20 years of independent practice. Isidora was shaped by curiosity and imagination, and has built a studio on a single belief: events exist to make people feel something.

Every project she leads is deeply customised to reflect the essence of each client — their values, their world, and the experience they want to create.

In 2024, Isidora expanded into narrative filmmaking, directing VR MM UNTOLD — an art film inspired by one of history's most extraordinary scientific minds. The same instinct for story, image, and emotional truth that drives her films drives every event we produce.
